i saw this MaxaBeam on Ebay , i'm thinking may i trust this seller [link deleted - DM51] I'm afraid that the ebay seller will fake me . Any comment ?

If you want a Maxabeam, hold out for a true Generation3 version. Nearly double the Candle Power - in the 12,000,000 range. With all your other high performance HID purchases being new lights, why would you buy a used Maxabeam?

Which Gemeration is it inside the link ? It isn't the new Generation ?

Gen2's are in the 6,000,000 to 7,000,000 CP range. They run at about 75 Watts and have the old style reflector and bulb. Gen3's run at about 85 watts, have a new reflector design and a better bulb.

Normally, a thread posted here with an eBay auction notice would be deleted without comment; however I'm leaving it visible (but closed) as the follow-up posts contain good advice.

My personal advice would be not to buy big-ticket items on eBay.
