McLux Head Recall????

I was just ordering something at Wayne's sammich shop and there was a recall notice there with a link that doesn't seem to find anything. Did I miss something??

The earlier McLux bezel threads were a bit tight, and just needed breaking in, If i remember correctly, the recall never actually happened. Ive had 2 kits, and havent had any problems yet.

Nothing much ever came of it. It only affected the DIY McLux heads and for the most part the problem was easily corrected.
