Where can a person find the black HA version of the E2e?

I got mine from Meridian, but it was a difficult adventure because of the limited online availabiliy of SF these times according to Chris.
Surprisingly, toolshop (a German vendor) has them in stock for a long time now, and I think to have heard that in the Far East they are available as well.
