Meijer Charger Anyone

Hi, I've been poking around looking to buy a charger since the kids are going through AA's like candy these days. I want to get into the lsd type batteries and want to get a decent charger that can do individual charging rather than in pairs. I ran across a charger at Meijer with some Procells. I see member Peak has one and likes it, but couldn't find any other reference to this charger. So does anyone else actually own it and can support that this is a good charger?
