I just salvaged some of these Panasonic batteries from a laptop battery which had gotten submerged briefly and quickly dried out.
Some of the positive ends are discolored with a rusty color.
Are these safe to use? Good to use? They are about 1.5x the size of AA batteries, and Panasonic says they are 3.0V.
