Which Mil Spec did you want? There's specs for everything at every quality level...

If you want to find rugged flashlights that at least some of the military uses, you might try SureFire (www.surefire.com).

I saw some LED flashlights with US GOVERNMENT on the side at countycomm.com

Some are tektite with the US Gov stamp on them

Also Glowbug.com sell's the trek 14 light that they say was born from the Navy Seals light

A militarized version of the Trek 300 (7 LED's) is used by either the US Navy or US Coast Guard; I forgot which.
