Milky ML1 (old style 4-flats small head) that Scott delivered just last week!

Tale of this tape:
=======================================================
Milky L1 SSCP4 USWOH Nuwai Q3cut MM+ 16ohm tailswitch
Uses 1x Primary or 1x RCR123 Rechargeable
=======================================================================
Per Milky:

ML1x: SSCP4 USWOH emitter handpicked for optimal brightness (was my personal ML1 head... this is one of the brightest SSCP4 emitters I've ever seen, and tint is a beautiful, uniform white)... Pyrex dual AR-coated ultra-clear lens... custom-designed orange peel reflector based on Nuwai Q3 20mm reflector but heavily modified on lathe... NOTE: the emitter is SLIGHTLY off-center when looking into the head, by a fraction of a millimeter... this does NOT impact the beam quality, which is PERFECT, nor does it endanger LED reliability. I strongly recommend you keep things this way in that this particular LED is a truly remarkable piece. Attempts to move or recenter somehow will run a good chance of destroying it... and it's difficult to see how the beam could be made any more perfect than it already is...

High beam is probably 170 lumens on primary (60 minutes high output), 200 lumens on rechargeable (40 minutes high output). Low beam is probably in the 5-10 lumens ballpark

also:
snipped..
this would mean you'll end up with ML1x (Extreme) having a one-of-a-kind custom reflector and maybe the best SSCP4 ever mounted in an ML1!

Pic's..
