Millenium body to Centurion head adapter?

So, I'm curious - if I wanted to put a vertical foregrip or dedicated forend weaponlight on a boomstick, and I wanted to Malkoff the beastie, is there an adapter I can use to do so? The X-HOLA puts out 225 lumens for 20 minutes, the Malkoff puts out 225 lumens for 90.

It'd be easier to use a P60-host universal weaponlight, but the aesthetics are meh, and the dangling cord is begging to snag on something.

Wait til SF releases the LED (it's in there 2008 catalog), and it's an "LED head for 9V Weaponlights"...i.e. the discontinued 918FA's...basically an M3 on a dedicated forearm...
