Hi
minT is short for 'mini triple' -my imaginative name for my new bike light.hehe

Running the bFlex and Seouls -will weigh in at around 80g.
Once i finish the aluminum mount -i'll re-weigh.

Dimensions are
47mm high
41.5 wide
35 long (not counting wire holder)
O-ring seals

Did you machine the case yourself? It looks quite a bit smaller than your other lights. SSC or Cree?

Yes -machined 99% on a CNC mill and much smaller/lighter package than the other one.
Using SSC as the Cree has only a 25deg optic.
This can use MR11 size triple optics (10 or 25deg)

YES... it should be 'dunk' to 1M proof...the last lights were...

Hi and thanks

Yes -button is rated at IP67 -should be the last thing that leaks.
There should be no worries in downpours or dips in the creek.

The wire holder has a small rubber washer that butts to the rear cover -and also has an o-ring inside that seals on the wire cover that inserts in the back.

YES, if people are willing to wait 3 weeks or so, Dom & I will have FULLY built heads, ready to go... with a option to get a battery of their choice -plasti-dipped and w'proofed plug

we will do another POST for the sales thread...& will give you some heads up before we put it on so you can get ready to put your name down... as last time the lights went real fast...

Here's the setup for the emitters.
There is an o-ring that sits on the top rim -optic sits on that and legs align in holes.
When the bezel is screwed down -it squishes the optic on to the o-ring and the optic rests on top of the emitters.

That was the plan anyway -but there may be to much variation in the optics for that to work -so the emitters will have to be AA'd in i think.

That is just the cutter path
I use a 1.5mm cutter to cut the whole area.Use the same cutter to keep accuracy on depth for minimal clearance on slug isolation.

The swirls are just tool marks from the endmill that cut the shallow pockets. All machined parts look similar unless they go through a secondary finishing (polish, bead-blast, etc).

All very exciting here, once again guys, and can't wait to get my hands on *several* of these! For those who may not have noticed, I'm working with George on a new bicycle UI that will likely debut in this cute little guy (though will likely not quite be ready when these start to ship!) We'd probably be done with it by now if George and I weren't both hustling around on various family trips before school starts for our kids again! But Alas, we haven't really even started. Check in here if you have any input:
