Mod For 3D Craftsman

Hello all. I just did a few quick searches but came up empty. Can anyone point me to a mod to use a 1 or 5 watt Luxeon in a 3D flashlight? <font color="blue"> </font>

Get a heatsink, 1w (for 3 x D = 4.5v) or 5w (6 x AA = 9v) LS and a 6AA battery holder (for the 5w mod) from Elektrolumens.

Howie, do you know if your Hotlips would fit the Craftsman?
Would it be overkill if I end up using a 1 watt and if I can't resist /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif do you have any of option 2's left?

Measure the ID of your Craftsman. If it is 34mm, then the Hotlips will fit just fine. Yep, config#2 still available. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
