Well I got a green laser from DX which is suppose to be "50mW", but the thing does not even warm up my skin and is barely visible during the daytime so after 30 minutes with the Dremle I finally got to the circuit board of the thing. I found a video on youtube which said to twaek the pot and disable the "03" by heating it up. So I only tweaked the pot as no "03" chip was found. I also looked at another thread here here which said to solder the two poins near the diode together like so:
