Modified Maratac AAA under Thermal Camera (video)

I took my Maratac AAA Rev 1 and removed the Driver and Reflector and put them on the new Maratac Rev 2 body using rev2 LED............. I need my 3-modes :-) and the Rev1 reflector is way better than Rev2 reflector.


Playing with my thermal camera, this little thing gets hot....

btw: I have the rev 2. how specifically is the rev1 reflector better if you don't mind my asking?

The old one got a xp-e led, new one xp-g. The rev1 xp-e have the brightest hotspot. But not because of the reflector, the xp-e is more "throwy".
