Hey folks, I've been revisiting the Pelican M6/3/1 flashlight platform since 2017 and was able to procure certain parts that are now impossible to find even at official/affiliated Pelican parts stores...
These original M6-oriented twisty tailcap assys were sourced from a local Pelican dealer which deals with hard cases and selected lighting solutions. All tailcaps have been modified into user-manageable clicky config.

Description, features and highlights:
- Standard Type 2 (HAII) light silver finish only (smooth feel with fine texture)
- Formerly in twisty operation setup
- Retrofitted with custom Kroll clicky switch module featuring dedicated brass housing, for a more direct, mechanical, hassle-free switch actuation, as well as providing end user serviceability (ie. replaceable Kroll clicky switch in the case of switch failure)
- Stock red-orange rubber boot substituted by high quality cloned silicone replacement in GID Green, for a slightly better clicky actuation feel and better abrasion resistance
- Compatible with most M6 (2320, 2330 etc.) models as well as M3 (3370) and M1 (3310) featuring rear tailcap switch mechanism, despite anodizing mismatch
- Easy to disassemble and reassemble for maintenance or switch replacement
- Optional lock-out (LOTC) capability (only when tailcap host is stripped and fully reanodized inside-out at customer's expense)
