Hello Everyone

Can someone explain current to me please?

If i wanted to run 3 MC-E LED`s and used a driver with reconfigurable current limits eg 350/700/1200;
1 What would the difference be between the different values? does it mean differing brightness? would the battery last longer on a lower setting? would it get hotter on different settings?

2 How do you actually change the setting on the driver?

Please try to explain in a way i can understand lol

Thanks
Phil
PS I`ve a feeling there may be more questions from me somewhere along the line:sigh:

Current is the 'flow' of electrons around a circuit.
1 Driving an LED at higher current means more light but also more heat & less battery life.
2 The settings on the driver can be by placing resistors across the control pins & reference pin or by means of a switch used to signal to the driver (like the maxflex) more details at http://http://www.taskled.com/maxflex.html
