Morning or evening person?

offtopic thoughts:
i think that today over here the Sun sets at 11.04pm and rises at 3.58 am.

so the official "Night" begins at 1.25am tonight.. (hour from now) and night ends at 1.37am and dawn begins. Whopping 12 minutes of darkness.. yeah its summer allright. almost nothing from dusk to dawn.

beeing flashlight holic.. its hard to justify carrying three or more flashlights on your person at this time of year.

I wonder if it's generally better to sleep this way? Of course, I always find it easier to wake up in the summer since it's always light out when waking up.

I actually sleep better in a well lit room. I'll attribute that to my circadian rhythm which tells me I should be asleep when most other people are awake. It sounds like you might a a night person.

Fairly sure that's how we should sleep.
Before artificial light there wasn't a lot we could do after dark.
Did a quick Google not sure that it helped me understand :shrug:
