Multi-Tool Name

I'm trying to find the name and/or manufacturer of this multi-tool that I have. It's blue it sized similar to a #2 pencil. It's tubular and modularized and each tube section srews into each other forming a long (pen-like) instrument. It has a screwdriver, several cutting blades, a pen and tweezers.

Does anyone know what it's name is?
