i searched but couldnt find any where what the drive levels are for the aeon... so does anyone know?

Not sure about low, but it is 350mA's to the LED for high mode, same as the CR2 Ion.

I guess that's right. The Aeon deliver 90 minutes of fully regulated output on high from a CR2 Lithium primary, so you do the math...

I too have two now. And I am saving my pennies for one day being able to buy a Ti Aeon. What an amazing little light. It is always in my pocket.

I just measured the drain from a fresh 3.00v cell at 570ma on high and 24ma on low. After suitable allowance for voltage stepup (at least on high) and regulator losses, I don't have any trouble believing the claimed 350ma to the LED.
