i got the 6 a cell nimh packs from a cpf member.
3 long x 2 wide.
just fits if you take out the spring and spare bulb holder.just enough room at the top to install a charging jack.
spare bulb can be stored in the head.
since this has a metal reflector no worry about hot bulbs melting things but am going to add a glass lense.had some made by davids glass in dayton.the original plastic lense is cloudy and yellowed.seems to work well even on just a 5 min fast charge on the maha.
