I just found this website and figured I would share mine.

All 4 of the the Luxeons are thermal epoxied to a Pentium heat sink so they don't melt the acrylic lenses.

Now, update the Luxeons to Seouls and get double or more the output!

Actually, I don't think the LEDs will get hot enough to melt the optic unless you run them without a heatsink at all.

You might get a few questions from people about how you made that light.
