heres my collection of working torches, threw in knives for good measure, just waiting on a few knives from NGK that have gone astray in the post, disappeared into thin air after being loaded at JFK. i tested the flashys this eve, and i am really impressed with the derees and the wolfy, the LL's arnt to shabby either
Two very different lights no doubt, the derry is the king of throwers, the sniper is a floody, which is odd given the title suggests maybe a more precise hotspot. given the type of work i do, mostly in confined spaces, i will probably reach for the derry dbs or the cl1h v4 every time,(probably the best light for my work)
the wolfy will be great for camping out and stuff
i took all my light out last night and tested them in pitch dark( i work in semi dark conditions) and the derrys and the wolfy blew me away, and i did notice my hand seemed to hold onto the cl1h v4 a little longer, yes a great light!
