need a good & cheap flood light on 18650?

Hi. can the experts here recommend a good buy, preferably from Deal Extreme, as I'm in Canada and have good experience with them, for a very small flood light running on one 18650. I don't need a thrower, I have one already. I need a flood and it has to be very small , so it can fit in my pants pocket , 10 to 15 seconds application for inspection...
burn time is not really important. solidity/durability is...

did I said cheap? yes I did...
