Hi All,

I have a few questions. I have a casio exilim zoom. I have had this camera for a while now. I lost the cables to put the images in the computer so I was wondering if there was a way to put the images on the SD card into the computer? I cant just put the SD card into the computer can I? Do I need an adapter? If so what adapter and where?

THanks for your help

You should be able to buy a cable for your camera at almost anywhere that carries cameras. Almost all cameras use the same size connectors.

Check these out at B&H Photo

Thanks for the Info Ernsanada, But I could not find one on that website. My camera is an exilim zoom z750. I have looked at staples to no luck. I live way out in the middle of no where so I think I will have to order of the internet.

I believe there are 2 different connectors that go into digital cameras. There maybe more but I'm not sure.

If you know your size there should be a universal cable to fit any digital camera.

The other side is the USB connector which are all the same.

If I am wrong please post the information here.

1) Look up your model camera on the manufacturer's website and it will say what type plug is uses

2) How many pictures will fit on a 1GB card depends on how many megapixels your camera is, and what settings you have it on. Usually a digital camera will display on the screen approximately how many more will fit at current settings.

If this is your camera model, it appears that you need the cradle (that came with the camera) to connect to your computer. http://www.steves-digicams.com/2005_reviews/ex-z750.html
I don't see any other type of direct cable output jack on the photos of this model. The 2nd page of the review also has a table on how many pics can fit on a card.

If you still have the cradle, you could get one from somebody that recently tossed a USB printer, or PM me and I'll send one to you for cost of shipping. Or you could get an SD card reader.
