Need help with Ultrafire C2 Cree Q5 5 mode

I just received this light and a having some problems. The light dims intermittently. Not real sure how else to describe it. Doesn't seem to happen with any regularity.

I've tried interchanging parts with my other C2's and nothing seems to change it.

Wasn't sure if it might be something I could do to help make it work.

You might look at the reviews posted on the same page on DX. There are some good cleaning instructions that might help.
