Hi Vinh,
Was wondering if you would be able to do anything with a Sunwayman V20C. A few in CPF have said talk to you.
If you could achieve an output similar to the V25C, along with supporting mods while still retaining the low, that would be great.
I'm happy with the lop and glass, but I think I remember someone saying you can get them to absolutely sparkle !!
Any ideas on cost and p&p to Australia pls ??
Many thanks,
Mike.

$65 Shipped International

Current boost and copper bonding for sure. LED swap would be your choice.

Are you currently doing any additional mods to the Thunite TN31?

I found this list at the beginning of this thread:

- Direct copper bonding
- Upgrade to XM-L2
- All solder point touch up
- Larger LED wires
- Better thermal compound
- Switch mod
- All springs mods
- battery carrier solder touch up

How will it compare to the new TN32?

Thanks

Yes the ARC AAA can be modded now. I broke the first oen but now I know how to mod it. ARC does take a loooong time to send out their stuff!

Currently I EDC my TX25C2. Just a beast of a light every time I turn it on. When I need something smaller then I go with my SC31W

OK, it's been a year.......Vinh, what are you EDCing now?

NO new mods. Tn31vn of the past are pushed to the max already. Tn32vn will have the same max performance really.

I have a dumb question on the V10R ............
If theres a current boost , will there not be a run time loss ?????
I,d rather have as much run time as possible.

You can have as much runtime as you want. It's a infinitely variable brightness light.

You missed my point .......... if it runs 1 hour on high now ........will it run one hour on high with the upgrade in power ? Lumens , what ever.

Current boost always = less runtime on Max

Re: vinhnguyen54 Need Modded Work? 2013 ;-)

Hi Vinh,
i'd like to know if you'd be willing to mod my Sunwayman F40A. I'd like to get the current boost and PDT for the white light and an improvement on the red and blue light. The red and blue are 5mm LEDs. Is there any way that you could replace at least one of them (if you can do more, all the better) with brighter colored LEDs? The remaining 5mm LEDs do not need to remain active (but preferred) so long as you install a brighter color. So it would be:

current boost and PDT for white light;
replace at least one red LED with a brighter red LED;
replace at least one blue LED with a brighter blue LED;
ideally, use one of the spaces that a 5mm is in and place a bright green LED

Thanks for your time.

I sent an email as well, per your OP

Hello Vinh,
How about an emitter swap on a Surefire LX2? Maybe an XP-E?

Thanks.
