need repair microfire

Hello, I would like to know where I can send my Microfire warrior in for repair. I changed the bulb and no response. Any help in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. I emailed the company and no reply.

Wow with so may views not one response.:awman: If there is any modder out there that can help out please let me know. I know alot of folks out there if there torch isnt working they are trying to get it fixed. Thanks
 
Microfire is still a new company here, and it is from the far east, meaning there might be problems with warranty and such. We do nothave that much experience with their lights on CPF yet except a few here and there.
That's why there aren't so many answers, but certainly a lot of guys who would like to know as well.

RiverRunner did a gb on their 24W HID (WarriorII) now, you might wanna PM him, he is in contact with Microfire.

Hello Jason,

Microfire in China will not repair the light - you need to contact the official reseller you bought your light from. It sounds like a problem with the ballast, that should be a thing that can be handeled on warranty. If you get no response from your seller please let me know with PM
