Need to fix broken coffee maker

I have a Krups type 171 coffee maker (the one with the espresso maker too). I believe either the heater element has gone out or the thermostat has gone out. Haven't tested the continuity of either part yet but it's got to be one or the other...not too much else that could be bad.

I can't seem to find any websites or suppliers that would carry internal electrical parts for this machine, much less supply parts for individual buyers (non-bulk).

Does anyone know where I might find the parts I need, suggest a site maybe?

well if you can narrow it down to which parts are shot, you could call them up and ask for replacements, Dont take no for an answer, they have them or know how to get them.

Try calling this parts supplier: 888-277-5776. They are supposed to be a Krups stocking dealer.
