Needed: Incrimental Backup Program for my Website.

I am looking for a way to backup my entire 2+GB Website to my home computer.

I have tried with several FTP programs, but they really arent meant for this.
I have to just queue my entire directory, and then have it dump it all down.
But, it always times out somehow before it can finish, so I have to keep resuming the queue.
Also, doing it this way, I cant do an incrimental backup. (only downloading new, or changed files)

There has to be a program made to do this, any ideas?

Not sure, but I believe "SyncBackSE" does whant you need.
I prefer FileBackPC for back up, but dont work from ftp.
