New 3*aaa flashlight

Hi all I have a cheap light

Handy Cree Q5-WC LED Flashlight with Free Holster (3*AAA)

I want to replace this with another 3*aaa light and under $13

The options that i'm considering are:

SmallSun ZY-C35 Cree P4-WC 130-Lumen Flashlight (1*18650/3*AAA) $11.80

SmallSun ZY-C43 CREE Q3 3-Mode Flashlight (3*AAA) $12.42.

Whats the build quality, brightness and run time compared to the Handy?

Why 3xAAA? That is perhaps the absolute worst power option for any remotely high light.
