New Charger for LSD AA/AAA

I bought a few packs of Duracell Pre-charged AA's (white-topped) a week or so ago, and want to get a decent charger for them. I currently have an Energizer 15-minute charger, but I've read this will damage the battery in the long run. I was looking at chargers, and I like the BC-900(9), but I'm worried about the meltdown issue (even if it is very rare). Are there any other decent inexpensive chargers to use with the batteries? I don't want to pay *too* much, as I'm not sure the cost of the new charger would make up for the lost charge cycles from the 15-min.

The Duracell Mobile charger is a good inexpensive smart charger for AA/AAA.

There is someone in the MP selling them for $18 and they come with 2 AA LSD cells.
