I think maybe they use the tiny baking pans as inductors to siphon off some of the flux from transformer in the power supply...kind of like those electronic oven tops....(:op

They make excellent chocolate chip cookies, a little large, but nice and warm mmmmmmmmm....... I think you need at least a 140w power supply.
