I just received some Trustfire 18650 (blue) Li-ion cells from DX. One of them appears to be duff reading just 2.58V. When I put it in the charger the green light comes on straight away. Any chance of resurrecting this zombie?

they didn't last longer than 2-3 months of gentile use
Not kosher?

bogster... these are crap cells that will let you down sooner or later - probably sooner. It could be dangerous to try to charge them if you don't know what you are doing.

You should send them back, and buy from a reputable source (and by that I mean somewhere other than DX)

Good advice here.

RMA with them , that is a DOA so they have to send replacements.

I use the gray Trustfires 2500mah and they are great , a lot better then for example the Eagletacs 2400mah ones.

I must be lucky then. My blue ones have at least 50 cycles on them, and don't have a single problem with them. I've accidentally run them down to 2.6 before, and they came back, without a problem.
