Will a Pila 300S Li-ion battery, 1000mAh fit in my Elzetta or is it the same as an 18650 ?

If 300S is Pila's designation for a RCR 17670, it will fit, but the 3.7v will not be sufficient to run the Malkoff M60 in regulation. With that battery, you'd be much better off swapping the M60 with an M30.
