Let me start:

Nitecore P25 Smilodon: 20k lux
p25s27.jpg

and none of those with extension tubes, that's cheating! :p

It must be STOCK and must operate with just one 18650 or two CR123's and was not made during the Jurassic period. :D

2013 guys! Think! Think! :naughty:

Challenge accepted.

Dereelight DBS-T XM-L- 27k lux
- Somewhat old compared to other lights on this list, but still holds its own with the constant pill updates that Dereelight frequently releases.

Olight M22 - 23k lux
- Newest light on the list, the throwiest of the M20 series.

EagleTac G25C2 MkII - 22k lux
- The update of EagleTac's foray into mid-sized XM-L thrower, supported with plethora of accessories that EagleTac is known for.

ThruNite TN11S - 20k lux
- Update to the original TN11, which was the pioneer of dangerously over-driven mid-sized XM-L throwers.

ThruNite Scorpion V3 Turbo - 20k lux
- The distant cousin of TN11, utilizing similar circuits, same emitter and reflector, making it a competitor of TN11 in all areas except for one; the UI.

Farka Xeno G42 XM-L - 23k lux
- Updated version of the original G42 with XP-G, which was, and still is, known for its awesome throw.

Nitecore MH25 - 20k lux
- Cousin of P25, geared towards users who crave for built-in recharging.

Crelant 7G5 V2 - 35k lux
- Awesome throw at budget price, this is the light that put Crelant in the spotlight and propelled the brand into a much more recognizable position.

Crelant 7G6CS - 26k lux
- Smaller than 7G5, with native support for 1x18650.

Great work! :) Though the 7G5 V2 has already been phased out by Crelant. ;)

It's great to start up this list so forum members both old and new can see what new lights are out there that are readily available.

Just to add a few more

New Xeno G42 XM-L2, 28k Lux
Upgraded from the XM-L U2. However the quality is not as good as it's predecessor the G42 V2 XM-L U2. I have both

Armytek Predator XP-G2, 32k Lux
A nice compact 18650 thrower.

Any particular reason you wanted an XML, but were asking for throw?

The XPG2 for example will out throw the new XML's.

I think it's because roadkill1109 already owns a Lumintop T5 Hunter which is a XP-G2 thrower. I understand that he now wants a single 18650 XM-L2 thrower.

I recommend the new Xeno G42 XM-L2.

Lumintop Hunter T5 (XPG2-R5) on the left, the Xeno G42v2-xml on the right.
(the g42's position was slightly angled towards the right when pic was taken)

I do not think that is the XM-L2 U2 version of the Xeno G42 which throws better than the XM-L U2 version.

Correct, it's not the XML2 version, but even if it is, it can't out-throw the T5, but, finish and workmanship-wise, the Xeno is much, much better. I have owned several good brands, but the Xeno really stands out.

Agreed the T5 throws better than the new G42 XM-L2.

If this a startup thread, why have a middle of the road Lux Nitecore in the OP?
