Anyone have speculation as to what "new" Surefire model this could be? I realize that probably no one knows for sure, just curious if anyone has ideas at this point?

I was *hoping* it was along the lines of a Lumamax 8 or 9, but it sounds like it won't be that grand.

More 'vaporware' which will appear on SureFire's website in 6 or 8 months, and actually be available in a year or so.

Wonder if the U2 has the X binned 5W to begin with? Could be the reason for the delay.
