My number one pick would be the Jetbeam RRT-0. It has 5 light levels from 1 lumen to 240, and can tailstand and run on low/low mode for 100 hours. (overnighting in caves?) Jetbeams have a broad voltage curcuit that allows much variation in voltage. (0.8-4.2V for the RRT-0) It will take CR123, RCR123, or AA batteries. Up to 180 lumens on AA's. It'll drop into your front pocket at only 3.8" long. I'm sure there are headband adapters out there to turn it into a headlamp. Forgot to mention....it is a thing of beauty. Of my 20 plus high-end flashlights....JetBeams are my favorites. Now have RRT-1, and M2S will arrive by Friday. I hope.

Way cool!! Will add it to my list.

Dang it. Talked myself into another one. RRT-0 will be here monday. Bought it with both the SMO and OP reflector. 20% off with discount for CPF members from bugout gear.

If you go with the RRT-0 you will have to be sure to order the AA adapter seperately, it doesn't come standard. It's $12 extra with discount applied.
