Newbie need some advice please

Hello,I´m sorry to bother with this ,but I don´t know much about flashlights,and need some advice please.Well, just bought an Ultrafire 1200-TH from ebay,it is the halogen type,

the flashlight is nice,but the on/off switch is a bummer,it is a kind of tail twist switch,but the worst thing is ,when I turn on the flashlight ,starts pretty good ,but passing about 30 seconds the light began to dim ,until the light just vanish,I´m using 3 batteries(18650)DLG li-ion 3.7 V 2000mAh,look like are non protected batteries.

did you make sure your battery are fully charged?

Yes ,I did charged the batts before using the flashlight,but,as I told ,the bloody light ,just hold for around 30 seconds an then began to dim.

Recharge all batteries equally and completly, then let them rest for an hour. Check each battery voltage and make a note.
If voltage difference is too high, possibly one or two batteries are weak or bad.
If voltage of all 3 batteries are very close, run them in flashlight for about a minute to get completly dim and recheck each battery voltage immediately.
All batteries must have equal or close to equal voltage and over 4.1 volts.

Just did exactly as You advised fivemega:twothumbs,gee,Found one battery defective,but used another battery and now the flashlight is performing very good.
