Great find LitFuse.
Those are just what I need. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Hmm, I wonder why they didn't make the 123 carriers like the 4AA carriers. If you made it like this with the grooves, the batteries would similarly not roll around, but the case would be significantly more compact, with the 123's side by side.

I was in a Speedway gas station the other day and happened upon some Ray-O-Vac AA's and AAA's packaged in a little tube similar to a 35mm film container.....NICE.... But because it was at a gas station $4.99 for 4!!!! Just a little too high even with the temptation of the reusable container. Maybe we should keep our eyes open for them to hit Walmart or Target....

LitFuse, I've purchased the AA,AAA and some 123 case holders for my regular alkaline and nimh batteries for home and car. I have purchased maybe 9 in total and highly recommend them. They are much better in my opinion than the lexan carriers being sold in manufacturers announcements for almost the same price for (one!) battery carrier. I've also purchased a lot of the type of holders that Hawkhkg11 showed but those were cheaply made and weren't very good in my opinion and some didn't last but a few openings and closings. I am currently storing all of those that I purchased with nothing in them. My only suggestion in purchasing the battery holders from inanycase is buy all that you anticipate needing so you only have to pay ONE shipping charge, I wound up ordering twice from them and that increases the cost per holder.

Great find. Thank you for digging this one up. I've been wishing for a "wallet like" carrier for CR123's for a long time.

The AA/AAA cell carriers at Thomas Distributing are much cheaper, but the shipping would drive up the cost considerably.
Best to order some NiMH cells at the same time, I guess.

I bought a huge amount of the Thomas Distributing carriers and they are inexpensive and sometimes the plastic hinge fails after just a few openings and closings. I don't use the Thomas cases any more, if someone wants them, I'll sell mine cheap.I don't want to sound like a know it all, I've just purchased a variety and found the inanycase yellow and green holders to be a better value. I've purchased the 123,AA,AAA holders and fine them to be very good. I also purchased several of the Pelican cases with pre formed slots for 123 batteries. I purchased 3 of the below cases from the Botach site.

keithhr, email sent.

Just for general info, the small clear 4 AA cases pictured in this thread are the same ones at Thomas Distributing.
As far as the Pelican cases, they are extremely tough.
