Night-Ops Falcata 9v question

Does anyone know if this can handle the 3.6 V batteries, or will it :poof:?

It has a 9V bulb that will go :poof: if you use 3x 3.6V rechargeables since that would be about 12.6V fresh from the charger. You can use 2x 3.6V rechargeables if you use 17500 - if they fit the light.

It would be 10.8 volt. I dont want to less than the original 9 volt. Just trying to see where the limit is.

I assume you are talking about 3.6V RCR123 rechargeables? In that case the setup would be about 12.6V fresh from the charger as mentioned, not 10.8V. These cells are charged to ~4.2V.
