Anyone use a nightforce spotlight? How does the adjustable beam feature work?

I did a search on Nightforce but only found a company that makes scopes and shooting optics, no spotlights. Could it be the same company? Do you have any more info? The adjustable focus sounds interesting. A 55W+ halogen light going from wide flood to tight spot. Oh yeah.

This seems like an interesting product. I did find a downside however; the batteries are carry-bag style. They do have a model with a tool-style snap-on 2.5A NiMH battery but that only powers a 30W lamp for 60 minutes (so they state).
The sealed lead acid batteries come in a choice of 7A or 17A (!). The 17A powers a 50W for 3 hours 30 minutes and 100W for 60 minutes (but does weigh 6.3 kg).
Hmmm.
So which Australian CPF member is going to try one?
