I can't wait to see the test postings. Yup, I figured it wasn't going to be MaxaBeam-strength, but that'd be okay with me.

Scott, if you're phoning Xenonics I can tell you they were very nice to me when I phoned with questions some time back. I spoke with a guy (I think his name was Steve Maddox) for about 10 minutes or so. He was happy to talk even though he knew it was just a personal purchase and maybe a longshot for me to get one. A very nice guy 'cause I'm sure he had bigger fish to fry.

I lived in Ohio & Michigan for a bunch of years then moved to the East coast where if you ask for a "pop" the request ends up being a topic of conversation for way too long before you finally get your damned carbonated drink. Oops, there I go getting off-topic.

Thanks Kenshiro, I caught back up with this forum as of about three weeks ago and was delighted to see
where you and Ted Bear was doing this HID Super
Light shootout. And I'm REAL glad to see you decided
to get studio quality photos of these babies! I will
be taking advantage of the company's high dollar
color laser printer.
Your summation of the NHII's design goal puts it in
perspective real nice, making it probably THE perfect
light for the Border Patrol's mobile duties.

Binky, I know, I've been to Boston twice for the company. Something told me to try and control
the slang while there.
I think I'll send him an email and ask for a
brochure or any company info. I'm working 12 hour
nites at the present.
