Nitecore d20 v d10?

Hi - I've tried reading and searching, but was wondering if anyone could give a good comparison of the d10 & d20. The d10 seems to have a little higher Off power consumption. Is this the same on the d20? Or is it better since it doesn't have to bump the voltage up? How do they compare on output? Thanks!

One is 2xAA, the other is 1xAA. In size and purpose, they are really very different lights. What do you plan to use the light for?

I plan to EDC it. The size isn't a problem for either. I just wanted to see if there were any significant advantages of the d20 over the d10. I've read the specs, I just wanted to see how that translated to reality.

The D10 is EDC-able in a pocket. Suggestion: on the outside of the billfold in a rear pocket. Out of the way, yet with you, and no obvious bulges. The D20 requires a holster to EDC - something I will not willingly carry. Holsters are more commonly for something else...

On the Off power consumption thing. If you don't go through batteries in 300 days in the lights you are not using it enough!

The difference is runtime, on minimum the D10 will do about 6 days, the D20 will pull about two weeks.
