Nitecore EX10 Special Edition?

I'm new to this whole flashlight thing. Over on the MP site I bought what is described as an EX10 Special Edition (link to sale: http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/showthread.php?t=231520 ) .

After doing some research I don't see where the EX10 has been made in the Special Edition.

What version of the EX10 is pictured in that thread?

Is there an SP version and I've just missed it in my research?

The SP edition is the non-ramping version, it has three preset brightness settings and some special hidden blinky modes.
