I've been seeing some discrepancies... 130lm, 190lm, 145lm, etc. Anyone know the true outputs? Seems the Q5 is 130lm and the R2 is 145lm, but what about on 14500? Are the lumens more on the Li-ion or are they still regulated at the same brightness?
