No pot in my NewWish?

No pot, I must have smoked it all.
I did some searching and didn't find any thing usefull on this pointer I have

this pointer is weak, you can't even see the beam in complete darkness.

I just want to crank it up a little bit but no idea witch resistor to change.

My first newwish had no pot either, unfortunately i suck with electronics so I have no idea how to help you. Good luck
