I exhausted the stock battery that my light came with last night. The battery died when I was reprogramming the levels. It shut itself down and started behaving strangely. When I turned it off and on the light would ramp up to the level it was set at and reprogrammed itself to the force setting. This may have been do to numerous cocktails I embibed before trying to reprogram my light. Never click and drink...
Well I changed out the battery and it took a little tweeking to get it going (tightening and loosening the end cap). Then I did a factory default reset and it works fine now. So did the programming get randomized because the regulation cut out during the reprogramming process? Once again never drink and click...
BTW I put the spent battery in my Fenix P1 CE and it barley fired up the emmitter. My 85P really sucked the life out of the battery!
