Nuwai Cree are they out yet ?

Are the new Nuwai Cree out? I think they were supposed to be by now. I am more interested in the 2x123 regular clip .

Viren has review of the Q-100 with a Rebel 100.

I think some are out already, I don't know where to get them though.
