I have the Olight T20 Tactical R5.
The T20 R5, to my surprise, uses PWM to control the brightness of the LED. Therefore, it is 50% less efficient on low, and 30% less efficient on medium, than its closest competitor, the Eagletac P20C2 Mark II, which uses the same R5 LED but is current regulated.
The T20 is of a very good form factor for personal EDC. It runs fine on a single 17670 and two RCR123 (The Eagletac P20 also works with both type of rechargeable Li-Ions). Consider it is, mostly, a flood light because of the small, OP reflector.
It has been a tough choice to decide between the Olight and the Eagletac. At the end, I went for Olight, notwithstanding the PWM issue, because of the very small form factor and the truly tactical pushbutton.
The more prominent clip of the Eagletac, its activation delay time, and the harder-to-push tailswitch made me decide to EDC the Olight T20.
Hope this helps
