Hoping someone can help me with this. Does anyone know of a good online shop or Dealer that sells Peak models.... and takes money orders?

Thanks, in advance. :)

Call Peak directly. They offer lots more than there website shows. Like the plastic threaded caps that turn spare bodies into battery holders.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. Both places seem good.

Pocketlights.com does take money orders. You just have to print out your order once you're done.

Happy New Year!

We carry Peak at flashlightz.com:

Peak flashlights

We have access to the entire Peak line but we don't offer it all online (some of it cost prohibitive and we like to stock everything we sell so our customers are left waiting on their orders). We carry the specific models recommended by Peak.

Just a word of caution, I haven't been able to make contact with pocketlights.com for some time, no responses to emails and no updates to the blog on their website either.

Although they have had a lot of business from me in the past and have carried it out with great speed, I would suggest the site is unreliable at present.

But try emailing them first if in doubt.

Be lucky...

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.

In reference to flashlightz.com-

Does anyone believe the claim: "Not only does it generate 75 lumens, but it can also run for up to 10 hours on a single AAA battery without loss of brightness!"? It is under the description of the Peak Baltic AAA Stainless Steel.

How about 20 lumens from the Matterhorn 3led? Is that really correct?

I have 2 - 3LED Matterhorns. THe UP puts out more light than an ARC-P CS (7 lumens) to my eyes, and the HP is very similar in output to the older ARC. Both of the Matterhorns have more throw than the ARC.

I have a bright ARC - I once compared it to a Fenix E1 and couldn't see much difference in overall output.

It's true in a manner of speaking, but misleading. The Baltic is available in several power levels. The highest power configuration can generate 75 lumens for a very short time. The lowest power configuration can run for 10+ hours without dimming (at maybe 5 lumens). There is not a configuration that generates 75 lumens for 10 hours without dimming, which would be impossible with current technology.

Thanks.
