A while back there was a post that I can,t find after doing several searches on someone who open the up window on a MD2 head to use a Moddoo Triple. I like the MD 2 alot but the window is to small and its not a anti roll head also. So lets talk about how much to open in size and who would open the head up on my MD2 Thanks

That was mine. (It has since been sold.)
Honestly, I didn't see any improvement after opening up the bezel a bit but it did, every so slightly, cover up the LEDs a bit before it was reamed.
A buddy of mine did it on his lathe so I don't have any measurements for you.
If you've already got the MD2 and Moddoo then go ahead and use it and don't fret that you're losing something.
BTW, that's a great combination and it's one of the lights that I regret selling.
