Order processing time

What takes it so long to process an order?
It wasn't the case long ago...
Ususally, orders would be shipped in ~2 days. But now? Four days after placing an order and it's still being processed, no updates whatsoever?
Also, repeated emails regarding order status go unanswered.
What's going on here?? What's happening with the customer service???

Now I see. Sorry but I've been out of town, forgot Monday was off.
Just wondering, do you ship items on Saturdays too?
